Contact has bounced globally while the email is correct and running

Hello - what do I do for the “contact that bounces globally” to receive marketing emails coming from HubSpot?

Hi @AKhakimova,

To unbounce globally bounced contacts, you need to reach out to HubSpot support via the purple in-app help widget. If you’re using the free products, this is unfortunately not an option and you can’t do anything about the bounce. (Don’t shoot the messenger.)
