When someone submits a form, HubSpot automatically creates Contact and Company records, which are associated. However, the form submission does not appear on the Company record. The information about the submission visible on the Contact record does not include Association options and I can’t figure out if or how to include it. We need all activity to display on the associated Company Record. Does anyone know if or how this can be done?

This is indeed not possible and there aren’t any workarounds except for custom coding.
