Hi! I’m looking to implement a workflow that automatically updates a contact’s lead status when their lifecycle stage changes. However, I’m noticing now that the enrollment trigger **Became another lifecycle date** **is less than 1 day ago** doesn’t seem to be working (0 are meeting that criteria even though this is false). Any reason why? How should I fix this?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @MLatulippe,

You would recommend setting the enrollment criteria as shown below. You would re-enroll for the trigger ‘_Lifecycle stage_ is known’. For HubSpot, ‘is known’ is equivalent to ‘is changed’. In other words, if the value in the property changes, it’s picked up by HubSpot for re-enrollment (as long as all other enrollment criteria are still met).

I would remove the ‘Became an other…’ filter entirely.

Hope this helps!
