Does the contacts that I create get deleted over time automatically? Anyone using hubspot for client managements such for clinical clients / coaching clients?
Hey @zubair I can confirm your contacts do not get deleted automatically by HubSpot. They will only be removed if an authorsied user deletes them.
R.e. your question about client management, could you share more details about your business models/goals.
I don’t personally use the HubSpot CRM for this sort of work, but I know we have a lot of HubSpot agency partners in the Community who could might be able to help/offer insights with this query.
