# Contact -\> createOrUpdate not working

Hi [@KM\_Tson](https://community.hubspot.com/u/km_tson),

The endpoint URLs (anything beginning with `api.hubapi.com`) don’t have content hosted on them. Thus, you can’t actually navigate to the page and do anything. Instead, you must configure an application or use a REST client like [Postman](https://www.getpostman.com/) to request information from and send information to those addresses per the [developers documentation](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/contacts/create_or_update).
