Look, ours is a vey small UK based AV company, with only around five people currenly trying to use the free version of HubSpot.
Our HubSpot was set up before I joined.
I had used hubSpot previously, but only for a few months, when it was configured by an external party/expert. So I have been asked to review the way in which the current records have been created and to look where we might be able to improve the way in which we collect/record customer data, by adding fields - such as mobile numbers / lead source to appropriate records.
We would also like to create some very basic sales reports - won to date this month, this year etc, as well as being able to identify business won to date this month/year from individual clients.
At the moment, we would like to see what WE can do, without the expense of buying in a HubSpot reseller/integrator.
Can someone point me please at some online help - preferably video, which can help me.
