Hello -
I have a contact who wants to sign up for our newsletter, however the Hubspot form gives a “Please enter a valid email address.” error message when he enters his email
with a .org domain.
For testing purposes, I changed the .org to .com on the form and the error message disappears (even though the email address is then, in fact, not valid).
The form istelf has no email domains blocked.
I am able to update his contact record to his preferred .org email address just fine.
How can I sign him up for our newsletter with his preferred .org email address?
Any insights?
