# Contact Activities Deletion

Hi,

Is there a way to delete Contact and Updates activities through an API for a contact? I was able to delete Communication and Team activities, but I was unable to find anything related to Contact and Updates activities deletion. Can anyone guide me if it is possible?

I wanted to share some useful references with you on how to extract contact object activity.  
1. To retrieve all engagements such as notes, meetings, calls, tasks, and 1:1 emails, you can use the “[Get all engagements](https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/engagements/get-all-engagements)” endpoint.  
2. For marketing email events, please refer to the “[Get email events | Email Events API](https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/email/get_events)” endpoint.  
3. If you need analytics breakdown, the “[Analytics API Overview](https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/analytics/analytics-overview)” endpoint will be helpful.  
4. Lastly, if you are looking for form submission data, you can use the “[Get submissions for a form](https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/forms/get-submissions-for-a-form)” endpoint.
