# Constant Disconnects

I have two emails connected to my hubsot. I am being flagged for spam and have had both emails disconnected multiple times. I can’t seem to find a solution and would love some help on how to fix this so I can continue to send emails at a consistent rate.

Any help appreciated!

Hi @CMcC11,

Can you share more details, such as screenshots of the exact spam notice and more details about the recipients you’re emailing and the exact content of your emails? Who are these contacts, what exactly are you sending to them?
