Hey! I am trying to connect social media accounts however for Facebook, it is only allowing me to connect the company account. I would like to also connect the personal account which it is not showing when I click on ‘Connect Accounts’ and select Facebook. It keeps on showing the company FB account only.
Any ideas how I can connect the personal FB account or maybe what settings I need to update from FB?

Hi @jacamil,

HubSpot only lets you connect Facebook pages, not personal profiles – if you’re referring to a personal profile, that’s why it’s not showing up.
