Connecting forms in Trainual to Hubspot

Hello there.

We want our website to be as useful as possible. I want our clients to be redirected to our trainual forms for instructions on how to troubleshoot a mistake.

I’m trying to see if I can integrate our Trainual forms to HubSpot. Is it possible? Kindly let me know.

I don’t believe there’s a direct integration but you could look into the following solutions:

  • If Trainual allows embedding forms or specific content using HTML embed codes, you can add these directly to your HubSpot pages.
  • If embedding is not an option, you can use HubSpot workflows to send users to Trainual forms via email or direct links on your website.
  • Use a 3rd-Party tool like Zapier to connect HubSpot and Trainual
  • If you have development resources, you can create a custom integration using the APIs provided by HubSpot and Trainual.

These options are of course dependent on your HubSpot hub access and tiers.
