The best way to connect with leads is to make a personal connection. A good way to do this is by using a voice mail message that includes your name and the name of your business. This will help differentiate your business from all the other businesses doing the same thing. You can also send emails or take calls from people interested in buying your product or service.

Contact via Messenger is also really helpful. You can send updates, orders,news, etc.  
Companies only have to make sure it’s GDPR-compliant, which it is with the API and software like ChatWerk, e.g.
