Connect non-Hubspot form WordPress to Hubpot

Hi,

I want to achieve that my non-Hubspot form connects with Hubspot.

So when someone tries to registers on my website he or she has to fill in extra information (custom fields). For Example the custom field is “First name”. The name of the field is (first_name). If someone registrate at my website I want that these custom fields forwarded to Hubspot.

What I’ve done so far is created an property in Hubspot like this article: Use non-HubSpot forms

But now this field is not connect with Hubspot. Does anyone know what I should do or what I didn’t do?

We’ll need some more information regarding your non-HubSpot form configuration in order to be able to offer advice.

Could you please provide us with more information on how to configure this non-HubSpot form? Did you install the WordPress plugin in order to sync the form submissions over to HubSpot?

In regards to the form mapping issue, are you seeing the missing form fields on the contact form submission data or not at all?
