I’ve been waiting for this for years, but hubspot never found a solution or gave an answer. I found the solution to use intercom. But the intercom was useless and a slow system. Finally, I use a system called exairon. They manage my entire chat system. Google my business covers everything like social media messages, comments, it’s really great, I recommend it
