Hi.

It is great to be able to reply FB messenger directly from hubspot. Sadly not possible for Instagram Direct messages… Would be great if we were able to reply Direct messages and comments from hubspot. This integration will make it possible to control all incoming messages from a single platform, and allow us to work more efficiently.

I really need this as well. Sprout social has this feature, I’m wondering why Hubspot does not?

Could really benefit from this integration. One for twitter as well but IG is the one where I can see getting the most benefit

this is essential for most companies now - only those over 40 use Facebook. The actual value of Facebook messenger is the integrated Instagram messaging into facebook business suite. 50% of our inbound sales leads as a creative agency come via instagram.

I agree - I work for a soft furnishings business and a good 50% of our leads come in through Instagram too - it would be great to be able to manage that line of communication in Hubspot.

We couldn’t build our empire on Hubspot because we didn’t have this feature.

Is this a hubspot limitation, or a meta limitation? Desperately would like this feature.

It is necessary Meta has Facebook and Instagram integration, so it should be integrated Meta Business Manager with both social media channels. Even Manychat can do it. Hubspot should have it, as a marketing CRM platform is lacking an important feature for businesses, a lot of small businesses have Instagram profiles…

Too bad this still doesn’t happen in 2023. Hubspot has to solve the problems of so many people

Would really like to know why this is not possible. We are missing a heap of Instagram conversations as it’s in a separate tool to the rest of our business communications.
