I initiated the process to connect my Exchange Online account (MS 365).
The process show up the list of authorizations (acces emails accounts and calendars etc.) and specify that the authorization will be granted for all the accounts of the organization (MS365).
As it’s not possible to grant such an authorization to Hubspot, how can I do ?
Is there any way to connect and give the authorization for only my account ?
Thanks for your answers.
Regards.
Hey @MEBYThere
It is mentioned here as Necessary disclosure : if you use the Outlook email integration with HubSpot, HubSpot will have access to information associated with your account, including contacts, emails, calendar, distribution lists, subject lines, and URLs of tracked links from your email, if you use the email tracking functionality. HubSpot will scan the content of your emails to identify which emails you have elected to track in order to provide you with the notifications tool. HubSpot will store replies, outgoing mail, email headers, subject line, distribution lists, aliases, time sent, and message bodies. Correspondences you track will be visible to other users on your HubSpot account.

Regarding your query we suggest to directly reach out to HubSpot support to get clarity on this.
Hi Truva, Thanks for your answer. I understand the purpose. What is not acceptable is that the process specifies that ALL the MS 365 tenants accounts will be granted with that Hubbspot authorizations.
as an MS 365 Admin , I won’t accept such authorizations .
I’d rather get these authorizations for the only accunt I wan to connect to HubSpot.
Below a screenshot; sorry it’s in French but the red underlined sentence says all MS 365 Users’account will be granted with HubSpot authorizations.
