Connect 2 calendars to meeting settings

Hhow to connect 2 calendars on the ‘‘schedule a meeting with’’ page

I need the visible slots to be cross-referenced between my availability and that of my colleague.

I need the available slots to be calculated based on 2 different calendars.

Thank you.

Hi @MDeLetteriis,

HubSpot lets you connect additional calendars: Connect your calendar to HubSpot

When a contact books a meeting with you, HubSpot will check the availability on each calendar and block times that are busy.

Best regards!

That page states

In your calendar settings, you can connect one Google, Office 365, or Exchange calendar to the meetings tool.

This seem to make it clear that you can only connect 1 calendar.

I cannot see a way of adding both a Gmail and Outlook calendar to my account.

Hi @marcwagner
Thanks for your comment! To ensure your question or topic gets the best visibility and a wider range of responses from the community, it’s usually best to start a new thread rather than adding to an older one.
A fresh post will help your query stand out to everyone who browses the forum, increasing the chances of someone with relevant insights or solutions seeing and responding to it quickly. Feel free to tag me in the post and I’m happy to get you started.
Best, Victor

Actually it does not. Let’s say I want to connect test@gmail.com and test@outlook.com and have my hubstop booking page sync available times from both, there is no way of doing it. When you say “multiple”, you are reffering to “multiple” calendars under one email, like birthday or holiday calendars. Don’t mislead people, and indeed implement that simple feaure for God’s sake. What a shame that you don’t have it and we have to pay for Calendly.

Maybe I am missing something out here, but can´t you just connect one calender for each user and create a team meeting page instead of creating a personal meeting page connected with 2 calendars? The team meeting page considers the availability in the calendars for both users.
