Smart CRM & Sales Hub Outlook Sales Extension

I’m attempting to add Outlook to HubSpot. At the screen “Confirm your details to continue” it’s required to choose the country. I have gone through the drop down list several times and have confirmed there is no option for the United States of America, nor is it an option to type it in.

What do I do? I can’t procede otherwise.

Can you please include a screenshot of what you are seeing, full screen if
possible?
I’m not aware of a country selection being required so not sure where in
the system you are seeing this.
