In the Inbox Conversation view it would be nice to be able to configure and tailor your own list of Associated records.
Pick the objects you’d wanna display and also being select the order of the list.
It’s basically what you already can do on e.g Contact views or Deal views when configurating the Left or Right side bars.
I also think this would be really great. Currently we are unable to associate existing deal records from the conversations view/inbox view. Reducing the steps it takes to create associations would be valuable for Ops and Support teams since we treat all incoming messages as tickets for this department.
This should work exactly the same as all the sales plug ins where we can set what the associations are as standard and then teh user can select any manual changes they require.
