Conditional Properties - Outlook

Our company consists of multiple sales and rental teams. They all use Outlook as the primary means for Deal creation. Each has their own separate pipeline with their own set of unique required properties.

Conditional logic however only exists for the desktop version of Hubspot. This means that any Deal created through either the mobile app or Outlook will not have any conditional pipeline specific property visible.

Can we not have conditional logic carry over to Outlook and the mobile app?

I fully agree with this. We have the same “problem”. We started to use conditional Logics for creating new deals, but it ONLY works in the web-interface.

So, since most of our sales team uses the Outlook add-in, we now have to chhose if we want to use Conditional Logics or continue to use the Outlook add-in.
