# Conditional properties in pipeline

Hi,

I’ve been trying to change the properties that shows up inside of the mobile app create deal form based on pipeline. This works perfectly fine on desktop but for some reason it’s not on mobile.

It’s possible that the mobile app is using a different view or layout for the create deal form than the desktop version, which may be causing the properties to display differently or not at all.

To troubleshoot this issue, I would recommend checking the mobile app’s settings to see if there are any options for customizing the create deal form. Additionally, you may want to check the permissions settings for the mobile app to ensure that the appropriate users have access to the custom properties.

I’ve reached out to support and they informed it’s a limitaion from the mobile app itself.
