Conditional logic is ignored for deals when using the Mobile App

We have found that since implementing conditional logic into our deal pipelines, Hubspot users that sue the Mobile App can bypass required properties that show up based on conditional logic configuration. We can replicate the issue every time.

The example below shows the 3 additional properties that should appear when the owning property value criteria is met.

On a laptop using Google Chrome the 3 properties show up fine but on the app they fail to appear and can be bypassed.

I’m fairly certain this happens on iOS/Apple too as we have seen multiple instances from our users and they won’t all be using Android phones.

Hi @CraigObee,

This is correct and currently expected behavior, see the yellow box in this article: Set up conditional logic for enumeration properties

Conditional logic is exclusive to desktop. I assume the mobile product teams have this on their radar and will follow suit eventually. For now, it is what it is, unfortunately.

Best regards!

Thanks Karsten, where is best for us to monitor for any progress on this feature?

Is there an update on this feature?

This is really needed!

Hi everyone, just an update here to let you know that we are in the process of rolling this out to everyone on iOS, Android will start rolling out this week as well.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share that using conditional properties on deals, tickets & custom objects is now available. There’s more information on this in this product update.

To be clear, this only applies when CREATING a record on mobile. This logic immediately falls out the window when it comes to editing any records on mobile with conditional/dependent logic.

Exactly! To add to that, when our reps change the pipeline via Mobile, it’s a mess.

We’re working on this exact same problem for a couple of our clients, so know you’re not the only one!
