Most my of my team has completed “Introduction to Hubspot Sales Software” course and have received their certification within an hour in some cases. I have attempted this multiple times and I have not gotten the same result. I’m aware this could take up to 5 business days. I have also contacted Hubspot support and they too were surprised as to why this process was taking so long. They recommended I make a post here to expedite. I used a significant amount of company time completing these exercises and passing the exam. I would like the certificate to show for it. I would really appreciate it.
