I recently took the Sales Software Certification to learn more about HubSpot capabilities, as we are thinking about upgrading to a paid account at our company. I passed the test as well as finished all the exercises, however my account is still showing only 4/5 exercises complete. with"filter your contacts" not having been checked off.
I tried filtering contacts by numerous different properties including by job title, known email, unkown phone number, etc. and saved those lists. Nothing has reflected a change on my certification.
Is anyone able to look into this?
Thanks!

I was unclear on the need to complete the optional exercise for one of the lessons I didn’t choose. The other incomplete practical exercises were my fault I guess. Part of it is being new to the academy, but part of it is unclear instructions for the exercises (not just from the administrative side of things).

Spoiler

I am also encountering this problem. What is the solution?

Hi there,

I am also experiencing this problem, but can’t see a solution in this thread. Or I just don’t understand your solution.

Can someone please explain why the practical exercises aren’t completed even though I have completed the work?

Which show as complete and which remain (or how many)?

OK, now they are showing as complete! I didn’t realize you had to wait for them to be approved.

Thanks!
