Complete HubSpot Form internal within Playbook

Hi - I’m looking for some help setting this up.

We’d like to include a HubSpot Form that we created in one of our Sales Playbooks where whenever our reps are speaking with a prospect, that the following process takes place:

  1. open Contact Record
  2. Select the respective Playbook
  3. Follow Playbook which guides the sales rep through qualifying questions and other notes regarding our service
  4. During/After the Prospecting call > complete a HubSpot Form with some information that was gathered on the prospect call
  5. The completed Form automatically updates custom Properties within the Contact record
  6. Complete / Save Playbook (Logged as activity)

I need assistance, tips, help, etc. with the Hubspot Form being able to be accessed and completed within the Playbook that will update an existing contact record. Currently I am having issues with embedding the HubSpot Form within the Playbook.

Thank you!

Hi @zmo,

Thanks for reaching out!

I would like to add some experts to our conversation to get their input.

Hi @danmoyle, @HubSpotMaster, @ndwilliams3, @GRajput, @andrus, @Ian_Matt - Do you have any tips or suggestions for @zmo?

Thank you!

Best,

Kristen

You can add properties to playbooks to be answered and saved to the contact record.

Click on the Question/Answer icon to insert and select the last answer option.

@zmo it looks like @ndwilliams3 answered my solution - making contact properties part of the playbook. The other solution is that you can simply make one of the playbook steps a link to the form - caution though. Make sure that form is set to create a new contact with each email otherwise you’ll overwite the same contact records based on IP address.
