Comparing actual MQLs against goals per region per month

Hi everyone,

I am trying to break down our reporting more granular. We have a target number for each region per month, i.e. we want 50 MQLs in France in January, in febuary it should be 55 etc.

Has anyone found a way to compare the actual MQLs against this target? How do you implement this target?

I have been working with Hubspot ChatBot, reports, sales goals (lifecycle based goals) etc. but so far none have worked.

How many regions do you have? I would solve this with one report per region, probably, and either a goal line within a report or a gauge report visualization.

Hi Karsten,

we have 7 different regions.
I have trialed the option with the goal line, but the goals per Month are fixed and we would like to have them grow month by month. Is there any way to fix this?
Regarding the gauge report I have struggled to get the month by month view ideal for our reporting.

If you’re looking for a quick snapshot of your progress toward the MQL target this period, a gauge chart is a great choice.
For a month-by-month breakdown, try a line or column chart, these make it easy to track your attainment over time.
