I have updated the sidebar default properties that show up for a company when you click the “Preview” button or open up the company’s record (left side of the screen).
I did this same exact update for 7 total insances (we have multiple isntances of HubSpot, one for each state).
The sidebar updated just fine in most of them, except 2 will not change from what they origianlly showed in the sidebar.
I’ve tried clearing my cache/cookies/browser history, logging out and back in/restarting my browser/re-saving the sidebar updates, but none of these worked.
I’ve reached out to HubSpot’s “support” and they are of no help - they suggested I post this issue here.
Has anyone else dealt with this? What did you do to resolve this?
It seems odd to me that most would work just fine and then 2 just do not want to change.
So the resolution to this was quite simple - wish support could have recommended this - I had to hit restore to default properties

Just worked it out- thanks very much!- It seesm to have to be on an individual company basis, no way to do them all at once?
Hi @LONeill5 hope you are doing well!
When you select the option to restore default values in one of the companies, it will be configured in this way for all of them in your portal; however, if you review this same information from another user’s portal, the ones that person has selected will appear.
If you want it to change for all users, you must select the option, “configure default properties” and those you select will be the ones that all users will see in all company records.
