Hello!

I have a big problem because my sales team is getting bigger.

How can I keep leads private?

EX:

Bob is my sales man. Bob wants to find some leads and add them up to HubSpot and after that he will start to call them.

I would like that leads added by Bob to be seen only by me and Bob, none of the sales man to see them.

Every people from the team to keep their leads private for them and for me as a owner. To not stealing the leads from each other. Every one to have acces to their own companies.

Hi @ACodita,

For any user in your portal, an admin can select what they should be able to see. You can do so via user permissions: Manage user permissions

The options you’re looking for would be contact and company access permissions: HubSpot user permissions guide

In the CRM tab of the permissions you should see this:

When set to “Owned only”, a user will only see records assigned to themselves.
