Company not showing in search, but shows up when try and enter same company again

HI,

I’ve entered a new company and when I try to find it (under contacts) it doesn’t appear.

However, wehn I go to enter it again (using the URL) hubspot tells me I already have a compnay with the same name in my system.

Don’t understand why hubspot sees the record but I can’t find it when I search for it?

Apprecaite the reply and I did read the notification that came in yesterday.

I was confused as to how the company can be seen if I try and re-enter it again but doesn’t show up in the search.

But maybe that is my lack of tech knowledge and is understable to others with a deeper appreciation of how these things work.

Fingers crossed this gets sorted soon :slightly_smiling_face:
