Unfortunately, HubSpot has no current way to use automation to Associate your contacts and companies. With that said, have you got your auto-association settings on? This will automatically associate a contact with a company if their domain is the same.
You can turn this on in Settings > Objects > Companies > Tick “Create and associate companies with contacts”.
This will Associate current and newly added contacts with companies based on a contact’s email address and a company’s domain.
