Company name not showing in email template

Hi there,
I’m trying to email a contact using a template. The saved template appears when selecting it, but the variable ‘Company Name’ does not appear. I’m also using the variable ‘First name’, that is working correctly.
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

The Company name field in a contact record is where this personalisation token is pulling data from, and this field is not linked to the Company record associated with your contact i.e. this contact field isn’t automatically populated with the name of the Company associated with the contact record.

What you need to use is the Company: Name token (instead of Contact: Company name.)
