Company name not being added from email conversation

Hi,

When I check HubSpot is importing contacts from emails in outlook, the company name is blank, which then makes it show as a date and time? I have email conversations and it still doesn’t amend or add the company name which shows as --?

Very frustrating having to manually add each company name…

Are there any solutions please?

Hi @HBelcher,

It sounds like you’re one of the first “lucky” ones to not have access to the free HubSpot insights anymore which so far have created and populated company information. See the yellow info box here: Get started with data enrichment

HubSpot is phasing HubSpot insights out and replacing it with a paid product: Enrich your contact and company data

If I’m right, only upgrading to one of the eligible products will solve this (besides third party solutions which are also often paid).

Thanks, pretty frustrating really as I don’t really see the point of having even the paid starter plan (only need CRM anyway!) as that doesn’t include insights I don’t think
