I have a domain for my company, codefox.fi. For some reason, when I enter an email with this domain into a contact, the information returned is not for my company (Codefox Oy), but a company which doesn’t seem to exist, Codefox IT Solutions.
How can I fix this so that this doesn’t happen in my customers’ Hubspot environments? How do I update the details which Hubspot has scraped from somewhere?

HubSpot doesn’t disclose where exactly the informatoion is being pulled from: “HubSpot Insights is a database of company information that HubSpot gathers by combining third party data, web crawling, and crowdsourcing. It is updated in real-time as HubSpot gets new information.” Get started with data enrichment
There aren’t any options in the user interface to manually make changes.

Are you on a paid HubSpot subscription and can reach out to support to ask for the correction?

Thanks for the quick reply! I was hoping for a way to dispute the information somewhere in the settings, since the domain is verified for my account.
I’m on the free version for now, so no support options available.
