Every Company and Contact we have created has a HubsSpot user allocated as that records owner. For both the Company and Contact View Page we have the Company Owner / Contact Owner field added so we can see who owns that record. The issue we have is that in addition to the name of the owner being shown it also has that users full email address displayed. This is frustrating as we only want to see the users name not the email address on the View Page
If you drill down or preview a specific Company or Contact record we have the Contact Owner as a field and it shows just owners name, why does the email address also show on the View Page?
I’ve not been able to find how to resolve this issue so any guidance would be most welcome.
@JRose1 I’ve never noticed, but the display you’re describing is the same in my portal. I just shrink the column so I only see the name and avatar and don’t really see the email. I don’t believe this is something we can change in HubSpot display on those screens.
I’ve already been shrinking the size of the column so it hides the email address but it is frustrating that the email address is displayed there particulary as it doesn’t in other screen displays, it also doesn’t appear when you export the view into an excel report .
Perhaps this could be logged as a future enhancement?
