# Company average NPS

I want to create a Company Property that is an average NPS score based on the NPS Property of every Contact associated with that Company. Please advise on the best way to accomplish this.

Hey, @AFranklin4 👋 Thanks for your question. I think your biggest limitation will be the fact that you can’t make a cross-object calculation property — “You can also create properties that calculate values based on your own criteria. Custom equations can _only be set up for number properties within the **same** object_ for which you’re creating the new property” — [**source**](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-calculation-properties#:~:text=You%20can%20also%20create%20properties%20that%20calculate%20values%20based%20on%20your%20own%20criteria.%20Custom%20equations%20can%20only%20be%20set%20up%20for%20number%20properties%20within%20the%20same%20object%20for%20which%20you%27re%20creating%20the%20new%20property).

You could look at options like:

- Webhooks and workflows
- Custom Code Actions
- some internal integrations like Power BI or even Google Sheets and then sync back to your portal
