Comon contact for different accounts?

Hello
We have some contacts that are responsive for 10 or 15 different sites an every sales people need to have this contact in his account.
The problem I have actually is that I can attribute one contact only to one accounts and not to different accounts. Under sales force it was not a problem, but here in hubspot I not find this possibility? There is a way to do it?
