To sync contacts from Outlook, you need to install the HB Sales extension. Here are the details on how to do it.
Once installed, you will see something like this (this screenshot was taken from Gmail, but in Outlook, even though it looks different, the setup is the same).
By checking “Register contacts,” contacts will automatically be created in HB, and you can track their emails, replies, sends, etc.
