Estou com um problema com a captação de dados de um campo de um form da minha LP (externa a hubspot).
A LP em questão leva o nome: PROMOBIS-25 - LP PROMO.
Preciso ajustar o campo: Pin Code
Tag do Campo: pincode_bis_promobis25_bot
{
“status”: “error”,
“message”: “Este app não recebeu todas as permissões (scopes) necessárias para fazer esta chamada.”,
…
“errors”: [
{
“message”: “Todas as permissões a seguir são obrigatórias.”,
“context”: {
“requiredGranularScopes”: [“files”]
}
}
]
}

Hi, @TFidelix
Based on the symptom, the HubSpot property mapped to the field pincode_bis_promobis25_bot was created as a Number. Number-type properties reject letters; to accept “alpha + numeric” input, the correct type is Single-line text. You have two options:
Option A — Change the type of the existing property (if allowed):
Settings → Data Management → Properties → search by Internal name pincode_bis_promobis25_bot → Edit → change the Field type to Single-line text and save. (HubSpot allows editing the type in many cases; if it does not allow it, use Option B.)
Option B — Create a new property (recommended if HubSpot blocks the type change):
Create a Single-line text property for Contact (e.g., “Pin Code – Alphanumeric”), with an internal name such as pincode_bis_promobis25_text. Update the form/integrator mapping to use this new property. (If you need to migrate legacy values from numeric to text, you can export and reimport them, or copy them via workflow/API.)
From what you described, you are using the API to fetch form data, correct? If so,
The submission endpoint for forms is (still) the v3 integration submit or the v2, depending on your use case. The payload must contain fields: [{ name, value }]. Example:
curl -X POST \
https://api.hsforms.com/submissions/v3/integration/submit/<PORTAL_ID>/<FORM_GUID> \
-H “Content-Type: application/json” \
-d ‘{
“fields”: [
{ “name”: “email”, “value”: “ana@example.com” },
{ “name”: “pincode_bis_promobis25_bot”, “value”: “AB12-9Z” }
]
}’
Regarding the second question/continuation:
The message states that the app does not have the files scope. Additionally, API Keys have been deprecated in HubSpot; integrations must use a Private App (token) or OAuth. With an API key, uploads to the Files API are no longer supported. You can fix this as follows:
- Stop using the API key and create a Private App in the client’s portal:
Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create. Select the necessary scopes. To work with files, include the files scope (and, as applicable, read/write permissions). Save and copy the Access Token. - Reauthorize any public app if you added scopes afterward.

Hello Community!!
Thank you so much for tagging me here, @Victor_Becerra !!
Regarding @IohranAraujo’s comment:
“Option A — Change the type of the existing property (if allowed):
Settings → Data Management → Properties → search for the Internal name pincode_bis_promobis25_bot → Edit → change the Field type to Single-line text and save. (HubSpot allows editing the type in many cases; when it doesn’t, use Option B.)”
It is not always possible to change the field type of an existing property. Some properties cannot be changed, including certain default properties or properties in use by HubSpot tools; when the change is allowed, it is recommended to export the data beforehand, as changing the field type may invalidate existing values. Depending on the case, it is worth doing this to avoid having to create another property with a similar name. This prevents duplication issues in the long run.
Regarding the error mentioned by @TFidelix :
"Error uploading to HubSpot:
{
“status”: “error”,
“message”: “This app has not received all the necessary permissions (scopes) to make this call.”,
…
“errors”: [
{
“message”: “All of the following permissions are required.”,
“context”: {
“requiredGranularScopes”: [“files”]
}
}
]
}
"
You need to, @TFidelix , go to: top right corner > Settings (gear icon) > left sidebar > Integrations > Private Apps > select the application you created for this > Edit scopes > and edit the scopes that are causing the error. This means allowing your API to read, write, and much more, on each HubSpot object, but you need to enable it there.
Learn more about how to do this here.
I hope I could help!
Best regards
