This isn’t just a rename. Revenue Hub is HubSpot’s connected system for quoting, contracts, billing, and payments, built into the same platform where your customer data lives. That means your team and your AI work from the same complete revenue picture.
Here’s what’s new and why it matters:
More from CPQ: Build quotes with simple AI prompts, apply price books (beta) by customer segment, and create hyper-personalized quote templates with custom coded modules.
Contracts are here: When a quote is accepted, HubSpot automatically creates a contract record. Billing starts, invoices generate, and renewals are tracked with no manual handoff needed.
One connected flow: Quote to contract to invoice to payment, all in HubSpot. No switching tools, no reconciling across systems.
AI that works from your revenue data: Breeze prioritizes overdue invoices and drafts collection emails so your team follows up on the right accounts. Customer Agent lets buyers find and pay invoices on their own, no rep needed.
Your accounting tools stay connected: Invoices and payments sync automatically to QuickBooks Online and Xero.
Whether you’re already using CPQ, billing, or payments or just getting started, Revenue Hub is built to grow with you.
Hello, interesting stuff.
We would like to use the quote object but unfortunately we have in Belgium & Poland different tax percentages for the same product. Is we could deal with this we could shift to creating quotes in hubspot.
Huge launch, and have one client already super keen to explore the contracts object. Solving MRR/ARR reporting is going to be huge.. the big question for us is how we bring historical contract data in line, especially where product line items were not in use before.
At the moment, you can create multiple tax rates and apply them to quote line items, so you can have the same product use a different tax rate for a Belgium quote versus a Poland quote.
However complex, country-specific tax rules may not always be fully automated right out of the box. It’s a good idea to test your particular workflow to make sure it works exactly as you need.
If you’d like to share more details about your setup (please feel free to create a new topic for this), the community would be more than happy to help you explore whether quotes can meet your requirements and help you troubleshoot any specific scenarios!
Let me know if you have any other questions, I’m happy to help.
Out of curiosity, was that historical contract data managed mainly through deal amounts, custom properties, or outside HubSpot entirely? So that we can check if that is possible and which migration path is the best.
Thanks @Berangere - and hope you have a lovely weekend too!
So in this particular case, the client used to use normal deal properties. So all of the existing and legacy deals used the standard deal amount and some custom props. Many of these have renewals that need managing and the client has been working out of a spreadsheet.
But a few months back we transitioned them to product line items and the new CPQ quotes, and so going forward can take advantage of the new contract object.. but it would be great to have a means to add the legacy deals in, if possible so that all contracts and renewals are managed out of one place going forward. Realise this could be tricky as the legacy deals would all need to have line items added to feed into the contract obj.
Either way, would be great to learn from the team how customers are transitioning to Rev Hub in terms of historical and existing renewals that also need managing.
@Jonno_Price thanks for reaching out about this. I’m the PM in charge of Contract Migrations and I can confirm we will have a path for bringing over the historical MRR / ARR reporting for contracts (be it from deals or an external legacy billing system). The migrations tool is private at the moment, because I want to ensure all merchants full understand the implications before attempting. That said, your use-case seems like a really good fit. I’ll DM you my meetings link so we can connect to discuss in more detail.
But the TL;DR is that we’re going to be supporting this use-case through Contract Imports where a user can add a ramp key (which tracks all the Revenue Change events). That ramp key will be able to speak directly to the events that power the Recurring Revenue waterfall reports.
This is a significant step for HubSpot. Bringing quotes, contracts, billing, and payments into a single revenue workflow should reduce a lot of the friction between sales and finance teams.
One thing many businesses will still need is flexibility around their accounting processes. While Revenue Hub connects with Xero and QuickBooks, companies often have unique requirements for invoice creation, quote workflows, customer syncing, product syncing, and automation rules.
That’s where integrations like Cloudify can complement Revenue Hub by automating deal-to-invoice and deal-to-quote workflows, syncing customer and product data between HubSpot and Xero, providing financial insights within HubSpot, and giving teams tools like one-click sync replay when issues occur.
It’ll be interesting to see how businesses combine Revenue Hub’s native capabilities with specialized accounting integrations as the platform evolves.
Hey @GiantFocal and thank you so much for sharing your feedback, it’s great to see your interest in expanding HubSpot payments to more regions!
Currently, HubSpot payments is available for businesses based in the U.S., U.K., and Canada, while Stripe payment processing can be connected in many other supported countries.
If you haven’t already, I encourage you to add your voice by commenting on and upvoting the existing idea in our Ideas forum: HubSpot Payments for other countries . This helps our product team understand the demand as they plan future updates.
Thank you again for letting us know what matters most to you!
