If you have any questions or technical issues while using HubSpot, various support channels are available depending on your subscription.
- Contact support via chat.
- Contact support via phone (Professional and Enterprise Subscriptions).
- Contact support via email.
Contact support via chat
:
for all subscriptions
In the top right corner from most pages of your HubSpot account:
> click on the icon ![]()
> go to Support
> click on Chat
This is a direct channel, so you will be immediately connected with an available agent. If no agent is available, there will only be a few minutes of delay before your chat is assigned.
Good to know:
- What if my chat is closed?
Our goal is to respond as quickly as possible to be available to handle all requests. Therefore, if we do not receive a response from you, the chat will be considered inactive and may be automatically closed. You can reopen the chat to be immediately connected with an agent again!
It is also possible to reopen a previously closed chat; please note that this will now be handled via email and the response time will be 1 business day.
Contact support via phone
:
for Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.
In the top right corner from most pages of your HubSpot account:
> click on the icon ![]()
> go to Support
> click on Schedule a Call
Good to know:
- What if there are no available slots?
Sometimes there are no available slots because all our agents are busy. You can contact us via email or chat, or try booking a meeting later.
- I was not available for the meeting, what should I do?
Please note that you will be called back at the scheduled time for your meeting, and the maximum duration is 30 minutes.
If you are not available for the callback, your request will be handled via email. Our agents must become available for other calls. If you wish to be called back by phone, we invite you to schedule a new appointment.
Contact support via email
:
for all subscriptions
In the bottom right corner from most pages of your HubSpot account:
> click on the icon ![]()
> go to Support
> click on Email
Good to know:
- What is the response time for an email ticket?
Email tickets have a response time of 1 business day.
- My ticket was closed even though the problem is not yet resolved, what should I do?
After 3 days without a response from you, an email is sent to notify you that the ticket will be automatically closed. However, tickets can be viewed and reopened from your support space until your request is resolved.
- How can I reopen a ticket that has already been closed?
By going to your support space from the “Help” button > “View your support space”
Access your support space:
If your ticket has been closed for several weeks, it is recommended to open a new ticket and mention the number of the closed ticket. This ensures that your ticket will be processed as quickly as possible, allowing us to optimize the handling of your request! Indeed, when a ticket is reopened, it is only visible to its owner (who may be absent or unavailable), whereas with a new ticket, the agent who becomes available most quickly will respond to you.
This agent will have access to the history of the previous ticket for faster resolution.
- When is it preferable to open a new ticket?
It is highly recommended to open a separate ticket for each request and type of problem because this allows you to engage more members of our support team who can work simultaneously on the different requests, which could help you get faster responses.
It will also be easier for you to locate the different ongoing topics/questions in your Support Space.

Other available support resources:
The Support team is always available to help you and guide you in mastering the HubSpot platform. However, please note that you have other resources available, particularly for the following topics:
-
Third-party integrations and private apps.
Since these are not native HubSpot integrations, this type of request may require the expertise of a developer or support from the third-party integration. You can also contact HubSpot partner developers or post your request on the HubSpot developer forum. -
Custom templates and layouts for landing pages, blogs, websites, or quotes.
Since these are not templates created by HubSpot, this type of request may require the expertise of a web designer. If your template was purchased on the marketplace, you can contact the template provider’s support, contact HubSpot partner web designers, or post your request on the HubSpot CMS forum. -
Questions or issues related to billing or subscription. This type of request can also be directed to your account manager or the billing team directly via email: billing@hubspot.com / collections@hubspot.com
-
If you need advice on creating strategic assets, you can also get assistance from your account manager.
-
You can also visit the FR community forum to exchange tips and get advice from our partners and other HubSpot users.
If you are unsure and regardless of your request, support will always be happy to help and will guide you in the best way possible to provide the best answer!
Our team is also listening and values your feedback greatly. If you are satisfied with how we handled your request or if you have feedback to help us improve, do not hesitate to share it with us!
