Combining company and contact search

Hi guys,

I think this should be a simple question, but I’m not sure how to do it myself, so would appreciate some advice.

We have a field within CONTACT called “NPS Contact” - a simple tes/No drop-down.

I’m looking to create a list of every contact that is marked as an NPS contact, but ONLY for active customers - i.e. where the COMPANY “Type” is a certain value (Active Client for us).

I’ve had a go, but if I seach under COMPANY, the NPS Contact field doesn’t show up, and if I search under CONTACT, the Type field doesn’t show up, so I’m basically looking to combine the 2, simply, and within HS.

If you’re looking on the contact or company index page, you won’t find this option.

Instead, navigate to Menu > Contacts > Lists and create an active contact-based list. You can then choose Contact properties to specify NPS Contact and Company properties to specify the company type.
