Colo(u)r coding cards on the Deals Pipline view

Hi, It would be extremly usful to be able automatically highlight deal cards by colour when in the pipeline view. One category of colour coding that would be extremely useful to me is to highlight a car where the last activity was not me. For example, highlight the card in yellow when a customer reponds so I cam immediately see that the next action is on me to do something, helping me respond in a more timely fashion and win more deals.

Appreciated.

@KnightsRG you can’t highlight the whole card, but Deal Tags might be worth looking into for you. Adds a little colourful tag to the centre of the deal card.

Cheers,

Chris

Hi @chris-profitpad,

Appreciate the response. Would you mind detailing the configuration required to create the tag that would auto assign to deal cards when the last activity was the customer emailing in, please? I need this so I can easily identify customer activity that I need to respond to. Thank you.

Cheers,

Richard.

@KnightsRG I think your best bet here would be a dropdown property and a workflow:

  • Trigger: # last activity date is known (turn on re-enrollment)
  • Action: edit the deal record with the direction of the last associated email (see this video)

If you need more help, we’d be happy to hop on a call!

Cheers,

Chris

Hi @chris-profitpad, Thank you for the answer but sadly I don’t have the automation/workflow functionality enabled on my plan and as a part time sole-operator catering business, not something I can afford to invest in at this time.

Any other suggestions to achieve what I feel should be out of the box functionality? (which is why I’m wanting to request this is added to the roadmap).

I really do appreciate your time responding to me

Hm, I don’t see another way to do it without some sort of point-in-time automation. HubSpot lists can’t really check for the “last associated email” like a workflow can.

Another way to do it would be using Zapier or n8n, which would only be $30/mo compared to the $800/mo for HubSpot workflows. A tool like that would open a lot of other doors for you!

Cheers,

Chris
