Cold marketing email to opt out contacts

Hey,

I wanted to send a marketing email to around 5K cold, non-marketing contacts enriched through Clay. We don’t want to convert these contacts to marketing contacts in HubSpot. Is there any other tool we can use for this, or is it possible to do this through HubSpot without converting them to marketing contacts?

Marketing email sending in HubSpot requires marketing contact status - there is no way around that: Understand marketing contacts

Keep in mind that sending marketing emails in HubSpot to contacts which you do not have a prior relationship with might violate HubSpot’s acceptable use policy: Understand opt-in consent for email

If you want to work around these issues, your best option might be using (and integrating) a third-party bulk email tool.
