CMS Conflicting with AI Automation

I recently started using the HubSpot AI Automation feature to generate blog posts. When I start a new blog, it works flawlessly. However, when I try to edit the post with the AI assistant to change sections for tone, or to shorten or lengthen a section, it will not work.

I am only having an issue with making revisions using the AI assistant. When I ask it to revise some lines of text, All I see is a blank callout box in blue or yellow. It does not seem to offer any revisions. I deleted the cookies and cache and refreshed the website again, but the issue remained.

Here is the link to the Loom video recording that may help you see what is happening: HubSpot AI Content Editing Issue | Loom

Hi @SRicchezza and welcome to the Community!
We are so glad that you are here!
Thank you for asking the Community and for sharing the video, this is so helpful!
Also, well done on trying first steps in deleting cookies and cache, that’s great to start troubleshooting!
For information, AI models have a limit of tokens (pieces of words) they can intake and output in an operation.
The model we use can have a total 4,097 for input + output.
Seeing the behavior, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
When contacting the Technical Support Team, please include the following information to speed up the assistance:
1. Before to contact them, try in an incognito browser to see if this fix the issue
2. Try to select only a really short sentence when you try on a new browser to see if at least this works
3. Send the link to the blog post that you are trying to rewrite
4. Collect and share a HAR file with the Support Team
5. Also provide the video that you shared here
I hope these steps will help and that you’ll get quickly sorted out!
Thank you and have a great day!
Best,
Bérangère
