Could you please answer a quick question for me?

Is it possible for cloudflare to hurt any website’s SEO or Google rankings?

In search of an answer, I am using Google. However, reading answers confuses me. In order to find out more[,](https://perfectclimbing.com/) I decided to ask an expert. Could you please help me?

Hi @mixmal,

Thanks for reaching out!

I don’t think there’s not a black/white answer to this as each DNS user has their own opinion about their provider, however I wanted to refer you to this [related thread](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Content-Strategy-SEO/Need-help-regarding-SEO-and-Cloudflare/m-p/439305#M1290) where @danmoyle and [@webdew](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/131510) offered their opinions on this.

I hope this helps!

Best,

Kristen
