Hey all!
I am taking the line items from a quote and adding them to the products area within the deal record. Is this something that we can do today? Is it through automation or workflows?

Our product team added the option to associate line items when creating a new deal to workflows last year, but it’s currently not possible to add line items to an existing deal using workflows. You can read more in this thread in our Ideas forum.
