Hi Peter!
For your 1) and 3) I’ll transparently take these as very solid feedback points back to Linkedin. I totally get those requests - if only that information would be exposed over their new API we’d tap into it. Or if they’d provide that functionality in their own app so that buttons in their app could send webhooks to us to do exactly that (e.g. Linkedin Sales Nav offers the ability to e.g. update a contact, but it doesn’t offer the ability to update a company).
When you’re referencing other elements like relationship maps, I take it you need that as actual datapoints in HubSpot? Or is this about adding more things in the CRM side card?
2) About your crazy high matching rate - it’s a black box for us too. Then again, it’s Linkedin after all - they do have a lot of datapoints to cross reference your data with. It doesn’t require exact matches (more info). Have you identified cases where it matches wrongly? Spotchecked a couple of companies in Linkedin that you know you have in HubSpot and seen that the CRM Badge tells you something else?
