Can you please provide an example of how the “Add frequency” filter can be used? I´m creating a scoring criteria adding points for each unique email open event. However, the scoring tool is adding points for each email open event, even if the email was opened more than once.
If the “Add frequency” filter is not the right solution for this. What do you suggest? Thank you
