Integrations with other software require us to store custom identifiers on our records that point to the associated records in other systems. We would need the ability to control exclusions for properties to clone in order to utilize the functionality. Additionally, when we tested on Deals this we noticed the line items were not consistently in the order they were added on the original Deal, which is a must for our quotes to look good.
