I do already have various workflows set up for setting default values…I’m mostly saying that it shouldn’t have to be that way! Workflows should not be a requirement for something so simple that is available in every other CRM. I feel the same way about cloning deals, it’s a basic feature that I could build automation on but shouldn’t have to.
